If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly provide a replacement or refund, if the goods are returned within 14 days. All we ask is that the goods are returned in a re-saleable condition in their original packaging. Please obtain proof of posting when returning goods as we cannot be responsible for goods that do not reach us.
We regret that postage, packing and insurance are direct costs and cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
For damaged, faulty or mis-described goods we will either:
* Refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage), or
* Replace the item and refund your return postage costs.
